My weakness- Lay's Salt and Vinegar chips! Had a bowl and logged it precisely- resisted the usual glass of white wine that I like to have with it. Hope it doesn't reflect too negatively on my weight tomorrow. Maybe the session of zumba helped. At least I am managing not to have my usual glass or two of white wine with my supper! A little bit at a time...
