Okay, I have so much trouble figuring out calories when it comes to steamed shrimp on this site. I didn't count. LOL. I know what I bought, have an idea what someone else ate and what is left. It's not that I'm giving up, because, Heck No....nothing will make me do that. It's just that this site is impossible at times, to be accurate. Not going to deal with it tonight. That is too much stress. I've been good tonight and I've done a lot of exercise--gardening. Let's see what the scale says for the rest of the week. LOL.

Agree with Glen - just log the closest thing and do the best you can - no perfection necessary.

Hi Jill! :) You can put foods in 1/2 sizes in your calorie count. That helps me a lot when I don't eat to their serving sizes. Some times when I only eat 8 blueberries, I will find the lowest measurements,(in the calorie counter) and decrease it to 1/8 of a cup. I hope this helps. :) I wish you much success my buddy.
