i have the opportunity to weigh every day, and i usually do. no stress from it right now. I was not happy with the scale today, so i will push water and continue with my no sugar journey. Surely the shenanigans from last night (buffet with alcohol is the culprit). tonight i will plan out the menu for the next 3 days,and Sunday i have a hike planned through meetup. Looking forward to outdoors time!
