Hello you,

Three days has passed since I wrote here, do not even ask why please, It is obvious, I have been binge eat since Friday, and the worst of it I have gained 6 lbs, last time I weighted myself I was 346.0 and this morning, I had 352.6 and it is not 1 O'clock; yet.

People said that all we have to do is stop eating, like if that were easy, I know all that I have to do to lose weight, then again, I find my self eating at all time. and that makes me so sad.

Today Mothers day my daughter give me a project board with a message, she wrote all the things I mean to her and I cry, I cry, because I want to do more for her and this weight is not letting me.
