It is 6:30 and still too hot out (92*) to even think about eating any supper. I did over eat at lunch and looking back that was probably OK since no more food is going to get eaten today, except a small bowl of ice cream. Drinking tons of H2O and sitting near a fan. No A/C in our house!

It can be hard to eat in the evenings when the weather is so hot. I try to have my bigger meal earlier in the day.

stay cool Babs! It is beautiful but kind of rainy hear so the heat isn't a big deal today but I totally understand.

I hope you're able to get some sleep tonight in your non air-conditioned house! Do what you have to do to stay cool!

I hate having a/c problems... it's so odd that I grew up down here in FL with no a/c at all... we were used to it I guess. I LOVE your new profile pic!!! Try to stay cool and take care Babs.
