Its Official! If Im gonna run I need to do it in the morning before life gets too busy and the day too hot. Walk / runs were easier in the cooler weather as I could go out and not get all sweaty at lunch.Almost never missed a day. No shower at the office though and 95 plus degree avrage equals a stinky boss if I run at lunch!
Id only have to get up 1/2 hour or so earlier.
Im plain enjoying running, even though I am only running two and walking one, its a start!
ps: Did manage to get a 4 mile run / walk in today as I am having early out. Ran first two and ran walked last two. woo hoo...so good for my headspace!
