Day 7, Smoothie bowl, chocolate vegan protein powder, figs, baby spinach, Greek yoghurt & chia seeds for breakfast, Macadamia Nut Butter for am snack, Boiled egg, ham, cheese, biltong & tomatoes for lunch, Wasabi peanuts for pm snack, Vanilla Vegan protein shake with pomegranate and chia seeds for dinner. Went to the doctor today to have my hormones tested. Will see what the results are Monday.
