Please tell me if my thinking is correct. So I weighed 92kgs in September when i started gyming. I now weigh 90, but lost like almost 2 pants sizes. According to google, muscle weights 20% more than fat. So am I correct in thinking I have changed 18kgs of fat into muscle? (20% of 92kg) because I still weigh 90kgs
