Okay, so I’ve been maintaining for nearly 3 months (on purpose). I just felt that I had to insure this was my new normal and that I wouldn’t fall back to old habits! I haven’t been exercising because of a knee injury and now I’m planning to maybe go in for a major surgery. Just trying to stick to healthy eating habits for now! New goal: lose 3kg before end of March 😁
