I fell for Nutella being a healthy food. WRONG! But it is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
I saw it every morning on the breakfast buffett in the hotel in Rome.
It is a dessert.
Your Live,learn,die and forget it all.

Appreciate all the comments. I will have to control myself around it. I looked in the kitchen and my 5 year old had gotten the Nutella and took a big spoonful and was loving it! THe apple does not fall far from the tree.
Did 30 min Zumba and 16 minutes of eliptical machine.

I think nutella is a staple in an Italian diet. I am not Italian but I have always loved nutella and have it in my pantry. Seems the only way I really like it is a tsp full on a toasted english muffin with banana.

I don't see why one couldn't eat nutella if they wanted it. I often look at it like I do peanut butter if you watch the portion control it is fine. 1TBSP (19g) is only 100 calories, 6g fat, 11g carbs unless you are doing atkins I think it is a totally doable food on a calorie count diet.

I eat 1 tablspoon of reduced fat peanut butter every single morning before I head out. Holds me to a breakfast which I prefer to eat at around 10 am.
