Just joined today. Am clicking on stuff just to learn the app. I started my weight loss journey back in April 2022, and chipped off 33.5 pounds (5 lbs more than hoped for), and decided to leave that program for a free one, now that I've been maintaining for a few months. I love the logging food idea for accountability, so let's see how it goes using this free one. Fingers crossed.....

@Storms, it's a bit heavy but fits my macros. 8oz chicken, 90g mozzarella and 1/4 cup pasta sauce. With the dough it is 1111 calories (92g protein, 139g carbs & 21g fat).

@frandrell, welcome! The app works pretty well with some glitches at times and does lack some features (especially on Android). There are people on here with all types of backgrounds and journeys. I'm sure you will find knowledge and inspiration if you stick around.
