Yikes! Yesterday’s calories were over 2,200 calories (had that other 1/2 slice of pie when I woke up to go to the bathroom at 11:30pm. My Average Daily Calories for the week is over 1,900!!! That’s the highest I’ve had in 33 weeks!
I’m “scheduled” to continue having lasagna (622 calories) on Monday and Tuesday, but I’m going to freeze the it, instead, and have pot roast with 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes (less than350 calories). After I eat the other half of the piece of pie I had after breakfast, I’m not going to have any more of it! 450 calories a slice just doesn’t fit into my goals!
That’s my plan to dig myself out of this hole I’ve fallen into. Thanks for the encouragement to keep moving forward. Thank you. His was a close call!
