Doing aqua 8 times a week and eating healthy but have had to do some research on the meds I'm on. Didn't realise that the beta blockers I take have slowed my metabolism. I am now religiously maintaining a food diary for 14 days. I then need to work out the average calories (thanks fatsecret you do it for me). I then have to cut those calories by 250. Hopefully the weight will start to come off quickly
