No weigh in today. I have a new scale and I want to compare the new and old one before I start using it exclusively.

I logged everything yesterday. I ate a lot of candy, but actually didnt do too bad Macro wise. Still, Im trying to cut that back and stop the super snacking in the afternoon.

I did not hit my step goal... again... Seriously, I was killing it last week. I think that being back at home, and the stress of taking care of my mom and kid really takes a toll. Its a cycle that I need to break out of (too tired to exercise, but exercise would give me the energy). Since my mom had her hip replaced in Sept., Ive noticed that Ive been steadily gaining. She gets her other hip replaced in March so I really need to get it together so I can be helpful.

I didnt hit my water goal, but again, I drank more water so its a win. How do I know that Im drinking more water? Getting up at 5am to pee is a clear indicator for me haha. My poor pup was so confused as to why we were getting up already haha.

Todays goals are the same:
- Track everything
- Step Goal
- Water Goal (aiming to drink 3 of my new water cups)
Adding - Movement (either Yoga or Gym)
