Woke up probably 3 hrs earlier than I should to attend my sons basketball, felt sick, headache, tired crawled to the shower. Seems I am a bit more fatigued than I think, no change in weight, moving gym session in the morning, will see how I am in the evening after mowing and washing cars.

gee I hope you feel better soon. give the mowing and washing cars a miss and look after yourself. Besides the grass grows and the car gets dirty again but you...need rest.🥰
