Oven roasted gnocchi and vegetables with balsamic glazed caramelized onions ❤️ Walked the mall with a mom friend this morning and then planning to do at least a mile on the treadmill which would bring me close to 13,000 steps!

Thank you!!! It’s one of my go to “clean out the freezer/pantry” meals lol. It’s super versatile and like 98% of the the time everyone gobbles it up!

That looks really good. I didn't know you could put gnocchi in the oven. 🤔 I have only boiled it.

It’s basically like little potato pasta dumplings Fritzy! It’s one of my partners faves, and the kids usually love them boiled with sauce but I love them baked too! they’re definitely super versatile!

My buddy brought some baked ones to a party once Th3r3sa and that’s how I’ve loved them ever since! They’re like crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside!
