Meh, up about a half lb. today. No worries. Didn't sleep well last night, could be the culprit. Or, could be the glass of wine I had last night (though I stayed within my calorie limit). Just going along on my plan and ignoring the fluctuations, they will self correct as long as I stay focused on where I'm going.
My stuffed bell peppers were very good...despite the fact I forgot to add an egg to the mix...or drizzle olive oil around them, as the recipe called for. Oh well, fewer calories that way. lol They were still tasty. Today will be chicken tenders, haven't decided yet what I will marinate them with...probably a homemade teriyaki mixture made with splenda. I am going to have a small strawberry muffin for breakfast...a little treat. It's only 140 calories, and will take the place of my wheat toast. Haven't had a muffin in ages. Before, I would have probably made a meal of three or four of these, but I feel confident I'll be satisfied with one today. I'll have an egg and a couple of slices of turkey bacon to round out the meal, and provide me with lots of protein to keep me feeling full.
