I've been maintaining at around 189-191, so...I've got to readjust so that I can start losing again! It's good that I didn't go back up to the 200's though! I'm learning how to weigh less, then. I've definately not been too concerned. I've eaten fast food, chips, desserts, Etc (not like a fool or anything). I've also slacked on exercising, so...probably have to look at that.
I also know that I should avoids pasta. I keep allowing myself to eat it. Potatoes and bread don't do it to me. It's the pasta. I don't know why, but pasta derails me. Can't let it slip. It's like smoking. I can't smoke "just one cigarette."
Not much weight loss, but on a side note, Yay! I don't smoke any more! I'm a nonsmoker! (feels weird to say that after this long, but I wanted to give myself kudos)
