looks too fatty. should be just flounder you spray with olive oil and sprinkle with wholemeal flour. stick in air frier. its beautiful. mega healthy. chris

Thanks for sharing your delicious food pic girl! Fatcat, it sounds like you have your plan but please don’t put it on other peoples posts. We all have a different way of eating and your comment isn’t uplifting.

It's not that fatty. 316 calories, 18g total fat (4g saturated), 14g carbs, and 25g protein. The only added fat was from the parmesan in the breading and a little drizzle of olive oil over it before baking to help it brown. I struggle to take in 1200 calories per day since switching to diet soda. So a little extra fat for flavor isn't the worst thing in my situation.
