Did a relatively light leg day on Wednesday but I was struggling to walk yesterday. Took a refeed day as I was feeling somewhat lethargic. All in all I am pretty happy with myself, will review this weeks activities over the weekend and try to tweak for next week if that is possible. Hope I am still in Keto after yesterday, will measure once I get home.
