Well the two 12s are finally over I really need to catch up on so much. I wanted to thank everyone for their support on my Fridays journal Im proud of my inches lost but its time to focus on my exercise really have kind of dabbled in that lately so I need to become serious. My daughter graduates in less than a month and then off to Florida we go so I like to be at goal or close to it...might head back to induction since I really did well with the loss... Ive been considering more meatless meals and now that we have the nutra bullet 900 and going to drink some green drinks for meals any good tasting ones send them my way... I hope everyone had a great weekend Im off until next Monday on a staycation and Im going to get some much cleaning and yard work done I hear its going to be a beautiful week Yay!:)
