Not exercised for 2 days because I’m exhausted from helping husband do hardwood floors. Plus Mother Nature has hit!! I think I’ve kept pretty busy to the point of exhaustion!! I think I need to add weighs for my biceps because they hurt so bad from using hand sander for 3x hours this morning. It’s hard work doing floors!! I’m going to bed. We have 2 more days then we’ll be done with this one. I sure hope I’ve burnt some calories and maybe, just maybe building some muscle. Hoping to work out tomorrow because tomorrow will be a short day. I just got to get some sleep. I don’t know how hubby can stay up late!!
