Not doing well thus far. It was my birthday o Friday and one of my learners brought me Lindt chocolates which is my weakness. I overindulged and now I need to get back to the drawing board....this is life and I need to get up and move on. It feels like 1 step forward and 2 steps back. But I am not giving up on my healthy way of living.

Happy belated birthday!Like I told one of my clients the other day, there is a difference between falling off the bus, and making a scheduled stop. Just get on again... One bad day, does not a bad person make.

Happy belated birthday. The worst thing you can do is saying I can not have that one forbidden item. Schedule your cheats and add it in your diary prior to eating it and if you do over indulge. Don't beat yourself up. This is a marathon not a sprint♥️
