I don’t eat breakfast. I break my fast. What do you guys think about intermittent fasting? ✅🥦⚡️

IF makes it sooo much easier to stick to my daily calorie goal. It also helped train my body to not be hungry at all during the fasting window. I really hate feeling hungry, it really affects my mood.

I train fasted in the morning so I break my fast at lunchtime. I always have enough in the tank from the previous day to allow me to do that and not lose performance

Then I am starting the next cycle with a clean slate feeling energised. It's a 16/8 IF.

I have been IF since Oct last year, started with, 16/8 and now alternating between 18/6 and 20/4 depending on the day, also combining IF with a low carb diet and light exercise, in the beginning it was difficult but once you push through the cravings, hunger bursts and headaches your body will adjust and start working for you and with you, I honestly have not felt better, I sleep much better, am not tired at all, and still perform optimal mentally. Just push through you won't regret it!
