222.6 today. Pain in the hip/back...don't know what I did to irritate them, but it's been bothering me since yesterday. May need to be cautious about activities until it subsides a bit. Ended up eating leftovers yesterday, because I was too busy to cook until late and leftovers were the fastest meal. Tonight will be the salmon that I had planned for last night.

I hope the pain subsides soon!!! Indeed, be cautious ... don't do something to hurt yourself!! Just a little blip in the chart ... don't let it trouble you!

Don't push too hard, it's a common mistake that we all make. It's probably a minor injury (small muscle tears) and will go away if you let these areas rest for a couple of days.

Well, I did the elliptical anyway. Strange thing is, it hurt less on the elliptical than it did just walking around normally. This morning it's a little better...I'm still debating whether I'll work out today.
