Dinner- spaghetti on baby spinach, cucumber, balsamic, parm, apple and protein shake. Lunch- 2 cups chowda. 1500 cals. Got steps in at work and did 15 min HIIT. PMS. I verified with my cycle tracker. It works. 🤣 Tired so maybe no night snack.
