Ugh! Hating this weigh in! But at least I know why...TOM and the fact that my system is totally blocked! I'm storing a couple of days worth of food and wow am I bloated. Feels terrible! The goal today is to drink loads of water and if that doesn't help get movement going the I'll have a senna tea tonight. Today is also quite an emotional one as its my last day at work... Gonna have to say bye to a lot of great people. But hey - onwards and upwards!
