I haven't really been focusing on dieting, or health in general for that matter. I think I'm screwing myself doing it half assed. Ugh! Why can't I stick with it?

I have a dr appt tonight. It will be an official weigh in. Although I hope have lost, it's still going to be higher than my last appt since I gained those 18lbs quiting smoking. Of which I'm back to smoking 1 or 2 a day. I totally fell of the truck this time. In every aspect. But I'm getting back on board these last couple days.

I'll have to make it a point to log my weight tomorrow since I'll know what it is. Ha!

And I don't know if it's old age or the extra weight, but my knees are really killing me these past few weeks. I seriously have to move like I'm crippled when I go from sitting to standing. Last week I went for a walk with some co-workers on a nice trail around our office park and I was almost immobile for 5 days. Luckily I have a dr appt tonight to address that.
