I listen to a trainer and she says not to below 1500 cal though because then your body goes into feeling like it’s too hungry and will retain fat for survival!

StormGirl, my trainer said the same thing. I was not losing weight and she said it was because I was eating too little. I upped my intake by 200 calories and the weight came off.
