Don’t tell him 🤫, but my husband is right - do your job and trust the process. I was super impatient and emotional about the scales not moving…it felt awful and kinda unhealthy so I’m working on that starting now. Today, I’m celebrating passing the 120 lb total mark officially but more so, today I made it a point to celebrate the little things that make me happy in my healthier lifestyle: lane swim with sun pouring in the windows, Sunday snack plate lunch of egg, grapes, turkey, cheese, apple & peanut butter, the feel of a coat that did not fit a year ago that’s way too big now. Feels nice to get my head straight again 😃
