Holy smokes!!!!!!
I feel like I’m a broken record, here I am again now at my heaviest weight of 77kg and according to the smart scale with 51.5% body fat percentage.
That is shocking more than half of my body is fat.
I don’t know about you but I feel like this will be my year. And this is the year I’m going to turn it all around.
25kg to lose to reach not just my goal weight but a healthy weight for my body.
I’m doing this not just to feel confident but mostly for my health and my future.
I still have long life ahead of me and I want to make it a healthy one.
2023 let’s do this!!!!!!!!!!
