I decided to skip breakfast today. I know it's not good to skip meals, but I decided to have more calories for lunch. I ate a lamb chop for lunch--not a big one and I trimmed the fat. Of course the dogs and cats were there to eat the fats with a little meat attached. LOL. Today is usually a cheat day. I am taking my daughter to the mall to shop for tennis clothes. I know we'll eat out and I'm trying to think of a healthy place to eat.
