Happy Tuesday


Slept like a log last night after our busy fun weekend. Made it thru the weekend with no icecream or dessert sweets what so ever! WOW, I am amazed but I can honestly say I planned what I ate and ate what I planned to a T!

Back to the grind today, off to the cardiologist tomorrow. Short week. Going to swim tonight when I get home, it is going to be in the 90's today. Dinner planned. OK I am ready to hit the ground running this week!

Oh yeah, making breakfast and packing lunch this morning and something caught my eye out the window, a huge bear sauntering across my lawn.



Oh I love living in rural America!

OMG the bear!!! That is incredible - the closest we get to wildlife in England is the odd fox or hedgehog. Well done Babs on your planning and more importantly sticking to the plan!!! You are so right planning is so important to stay on track properly. Have a great day and enjoy your swim :)

Wow, what a sight for your eyes..I'm sure he/she was just roaming around looking for food..Be careful when you go out at night as it will be hard to see in the dark...Proud of you for sticking with your plan...Have a great evening....Bren

ha-ha, all part of living out in the sticks, bears are very common in our area as well as lots of other wildlife. See them a few times a year, they don't really bother anyone. On the topic of food, after all that exercise this weekend, I ate right up to my RDI of 1800 cal today.
