Missed my workout yesterday since my job got in the way (bad excuse) and haven’t been as strict as I was for the first month or so. It’s hard to stay on the straight and narrow for so long. temptation sucks. The kids and my hubby eat what they want but I have to be good. Need to get that motivation and will power back that I had the first month.
