I did my labs today. After eating like crap and not working out in December, I'm sure they won't look good. The lipids will be off and maybe Alt & Ast as well. I added thyroid and PSA for the first time. So I won't have anything to compare them to (other than normal ranges). My water intake has been low lately and my H/H will be high. If they are too high, I'll have to stick myself to drain some blood.
