This was expected and much better than I thought. Eating out the last two nights--different foods, etc. Going to keep my day routine up because that really helps. We're supposed to stay in tonight, so hopefully I'll be back down to what I was by the weekend.

Restaurant good is killer with salt. You can easily regroup with lots of water!
