Had a pretty good day yesterday until my husband went to bed. That’s when I should have gone to bed as well. Instead, I decided to eat a bunch of peanut butter on crackers and then followed that with a bunch of ginger snaps. Why do I do this? I wasn’t hungry. I had a good day! Hard not to beat myself up.
