yeah the past few days have been bad. but not that bad i have kept my calories under 2000. today stars my week and i used 40 points im allowed 30 a day and have 35 flex points for the week. I should not have had the shorti from wawa, but i was craving it and if i didnt eat it i was going to binge on stuff that is worse at home, like lots of ice cream and chocolate. was it worth the 16 points probably NOT. on a good note i have stopped drinking iced tea almost all together and i am drinking mostly water. and im pushing 60 oz a day. Going from drinking 3 oz MAYBE to 60 in a week i would say thats good.
