I've been really good with my diet today. So proud that I bought donuts for someone at Duncan Donuts and only coffee for myself :) We're going out to eat again tonight, so I am not going to eat my normal fish/rice this time. Instead, I am going to wait to see where we go. I'm only at 500 calories so far, so if I'm careful and order something healthy (no fries--LOL), I should be good. Willpower needs to work tonight. LOL. That should burn extra calories, right?

Thanks..I sure hope so. I want to have this. I told myself I would have the salad bar. I had eaten much all day and was feeling light headed. I got my salad, looked at it and couldn't eat it. I've been eating salad almost every day for lunch. We were out and I wanted and I think, needed food. LOL. The small piece of ham and small piece of carved turkey were okay. Even the taco, because it wasn't a regular taco. I was careful what and how much went on it. I just need the "taste." No sour cream, even. LOL. I splurged on the one dumpling and I figured that wouldn't kill me. It wasn't big and it wasn't real bad as far as calories because I was low in calories all day. Oh boy, I hope I can keep climbing! Thank you for helping me!
