Getting Serious

I've joined all the apps and done all the things. I've lost weight before and gained it back. I don't want this to be another failed attempt. I want to change my life and lose the weight to be healthy and more comfortable in my own skin. I want to be able to live a healthy life and be active. I want to fit into my clothes and be proud of myself. I've always had issues with being accepted by others and it lead to me not accepting myself. I hide in my fat and allow myself to be lazy. I'm ready to make this a real, lasting change. IF, tracking, and moving my body. Starting small and being consistent are my goals.
