Went up a few ounces. Not something I really worry about. I ate healthy and I ate small portions. I began my walking yesterday. I walked for 25 minutes at lunch. After work, i went to a park and did 4 laps around the walking/running path. 3 1/3 laps equal a mile. I didn't record it on here because they don't go by distance, they go by time. If it's nice today, then I'm going to do it again and this time, record my time. I'm also hoping to begin my abdominal crunches tonight. Pretty good day--yayee!
