Tried to eat a few more calories today. I want to lose weight, but I want to be healthy. Still, I get full. I'm doing the best I can on healthy foods. Yes, I could just eat junk for calories, but this isn't what it's about. I want to be healthy. Had a great day today. Worked (I love my job, the people I work with and my boss). After work, my daughter and I met my sister at the park. We walked for a bit and then waited forever for these guys to finish their turn on the tennis court. They were rude, so we never played. Changed plans and invited my sister and Mom over for dinner. Of course I had to stop to buy the food and we didn't eat dinner until real late--8:30/9:00--which is a nooooo for me. LOL I cooked a bunch of food for everyone, but I ended up having fresh Salmon cooked on the grill, fresh asparagus on the grill and some steamed rice (which I didn't like!). Exhausted and ready to go to bed. Our heater is busto and we're having someone come in to give us an estimate.
