So today was supposed to be my elliptical day, but my DH wanted to go for a 5K walk, so walk we did! Because it was so hot today, we got up and walked around 9am, before it got hot. It was actually really nice!

It worked out quite well because we ended up having to drive to Guelph, which is 2 hours away, so at least we got in our exercise before the day started!

So it's the eve before the weekly weigh in, hopefully the week's efforts will be shown tomorrow!

I'm sure they will, Brandy girl. DH is going to miss participating in the walk/run in October, I think.

I'm sure you had some good results. What I've found is that waterwalking really works for me. It's low impact, and it really does provide a thorough workout.
