I went up almost a pound, but I expected it. I do this over the weekend, but lose during the week. I wasn't too bad, but I consumed more than I usually do. I think it's time to cut out my second glass of wine. I think I'm going to go to one and just have my coffee or tea after that. Stomach isn't feeling the greatest today, but I haven't had my coffee yet. grrrr....LOL.
