Well, with the Franklin Nut Cake gone, I thought I would be out of the woods. Not so. A lady in our church gave us a bag of Chocolate Covered Pecans! They are SOOO good! Six of them is 170 calories. I’ve had 12 today, and have already measured out 12 for 2m0. Made Jackstraws yesterday (111 calories each) and making Pecan Dreams tomorrow (110 each, I think). Still have the Peppermint Bark, too, and fudge with and without nuts! Looking forward to sending most everything home with people on Christmas Eve! I’m logging over 500 calories just in desserts today and 2m0.
Made a big pot of Beef Stew yesterday. I couldn’t get it to thicken, so I’m putting a biscuit in the bowl (adds 180 calories!). Calories! Calories! Everywhere calories!
