Oh my! Decided to rejoin WW this morning. I need the accountability and they had a 3 month special. Has anyone tried ALI weight loss pills. Am wondering if I need that kick in the behind to get started with good losses. I'm exercising and have a Fitbit to track my steps, water and sleep. If anyone has experience with Ali, I would love to hear about it. Am checking with my doctor also. I don't take many chances with my health. I have lupus, right now I am basically symptom free, so it's a big decision for me to think about a diet aid. Just throwing the idea out, please help if you have experienced this product. THANKS!

ive never tried ALLI but i have a friend who did and she says it works BUT she says the portions you eat are really small and she stayed hungry all the time and it gives you the runs. I do have a fit bit though and found that by using it to get myself up to 10k a day has really helped me alot. I do 10k a day M-F and 5 k min each day on the weekends. I do the challenges with friends to stay accountable. I couldnt even walk 5k a day a few months ago. If it were me I would stick with WW and the fit bit bc Alli might interfere with the WW meal plan..

I haven't tried ALI, either, but I also heard it gives you the runs. No way I could handle that...LOL. Let me know how it works if you do take them.

Alli works because it prevents a certain percentage of fat you eat from being absorbed into the body. that fat has to come out somewhere, and that's why you get the runs lol. unless you can maintain a very strict low-fat diet i don't recommend it.

I never heard of it. What is it? Linoleic acid?
