I always seem to eat more calories over the weekend. I was craving meat today, so pulled out two slices of ham (only 40 calories each) and had them for lunch (no bread). Not sure about dinner yet. I am craving some pizza, but trying to hold off on that.

Weekends are my harder time as well because I am home all day and not occupied with work.

I've done better than I thought I would. Hubby wanted to order out. I looked at the entire menu--looked up calories for pizza, turkey club, turkey wrap--but too high in calories. One slice of their large pizza was close to 500 calories. Just not worth it to me. I ordered an antipasto salad. I need more than greens and yogurt in me and antipasto salad will have some meat in it. Waiting for the delivery guy to arrive and sippin' coffee meanwhile. Then, I will have two glasses of wine tonight :)

i gave into the pizza monster today, but only ate 2 pieces. i just wasnt hungry after i started eating. Guess that's a good thing?!

Bitten-you should be proud! I ate pizza a couple of weeks ago and had 4 pieces. LOL. I hadn't eaten all day and wow, I caved by dinner time! LOL. I'm finding I get full easy and have to stop eating, too. That must be a good thing. I think it means your stomach is shrinking? LOL.

Maybe. I did feel proud of myself for only eating the 2, and felt really stuffed afterwards. Still feeling the bloat though.
