Having a great time on holiday. I am going to keep the tradition of entering my weight which will be a guess based on my activity to help me reflect daily on my food choices. I will update with actual whenever I get a scale. Initial guess weight gain is due to 27 hrs of inactivity whilst I was flying, cakes and over indulgence. Emirates were excellent at catering for Keto diet but I have over indulged after the fact so keto is out of the window for now. It will be interesting as I try to achieve a balance post keto.
