On target to stay under 1,600 average calories per day this week (if I don’t go crazy on Sunday, like I did last week). If I can just stick with what I’ve planned, I’ll make it.
Sent 1 pound of fudge home with my daughter yesterday. Sending several pieces with twin friends today. That’s easy - it’s the fudge with no nuts. BUT, the fudge WITH nuts will be coming back to my house 2m0 (I had left it with the people where the party was supposed to be 2m0), as well as 14 half-slices of Franklin Nut cake. One half of a slice is 315 calories - moderation will be essential!
