Well with the on again off again storms... there is some sunshine then thunder and rain my beer can chicken is now roasting in the oven. I love to put it on the grill and let it cook but not today. Still it is a golden brown and is doing very nice in my oven and I love the cooking of a whole chicken on a can of whatever, beer, soda, its your call but I just love how every time you make it the chicken is a golden brown outside but is moist and just falls apart when you serve it, its one of my favorite ways to make chicken. Im going to begin back with my exercise routine today to tone myself. Im going to work with my body blade and some smaller weights to tone my arms, also get on the elliptical its great on my legs and I think challenge myself to the zumba 20 min express for 7 days straight for my cardio, then maybe later this month on to the zumba step riser...lol I still need to get that conquered and to be honest I haven't tried it lately. Well I wanted a challenge for myself now I need to get organized and make a routine of what kind of exercise, how long etc. that I will be doing each. And its off to a new challenge in my journey to feel better. I hope everyone is safe from the storms... it seems to be hitting a large area. Guess I better get started I have a challenge to be met today:)
